AJT Line Marking Tape

AJT Line Marking Tape is an exciting new addition to the AJT range of products. It has a strong Buytl adhesive backing meaning it can be used as a temporary road marking option. By lightly heating the Tapoe with a gas torch, the butyl will melt and thermoplastic surface will mould and bind to the road surface providing a long lasting permanent line marking solution. The Tape is available in 75mm and 100m in white and 100mm in Yellow. It meets all required standrards for reflectivity and glass beads as well as high skid resistence rating.

Ideally suited for covering pothole repairs and small areas of crocodile cracking where the road has yet to deform. It is best suited on smoother aspahlt road and pavement surfaces.
Once the area is clean, dry and over 20 degree the mat can be rolled out and compacted by foot or wheel rolled by vehicle. Ensure no rain is expected within a 24-48hour period after installation to ensure stone has ample time to bed into the membrane.
